Welcome to Sunless Sol NYC. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the terms below. These are designed to protect both you and our artists so every experience stays elevated and intentional.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are booked through our Acuity scheduling system. A deposit may be required to secure your time slot. Mobile appointments require a clear, ventilated space and access to a power outlet for equipment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Bridal and group bookings may have separate terms provided at booking.
Results & Aftercare
Results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Sunless Sol provides comprehensive guidance to help you achieve the longest-lasting, most natural-looking results, but cannot guarantee identical outcomes between clients.
Liability
Clients disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before their appointment. Sunless Sol is not liable for reactions to products not disclosed in advance, or for results compromised by skipped preparation or aftercare.
Pricing
Pricing is listed at booking and may be updated. Bridal and group packages include stated discounts. Travel fees may apply outside core service zones and are disclosed before confirmation.
Content & Imagery
Sunless Sol may share client imagery on social channels and marketing materials. Written consent is obtained prior to any identifiable use.
